The Rainmaker system provides a module for creation and
processing of various types of 'Filed Reports'.
These are reports that would normally be completed by Flight
Crew via paper based forms. The following electronic forms are
available:
- ASR - Air Safety Report
- ASRe - Air Safety Report Engineering
- GOR - Ground Occurrence Report
- Disruptive Passenger
- Cabin Crew ASR
- Customer Related (Pax Complaint, Ground Services, Customer
Services, Catering)
The system is designed to replace an 'existing paper based
reports processes and is managed within an in-house database. The
goal of the safety reports project is to provide airlines with a
number of electronic forms that are used by Flight and Cabin Crew
and Engineering to report safety issue and occurrences, as well as
service reports, then to provide a workflow to support internal
management process.
