The Rainmaker Active Ops suite of applications at one level is about giving management easy access to critical performance indicators on fuel consumption, on-time performance, delays breakdown ground services usage. The filters that are provided allows for drill-down by crew member, by aircraft type, by flight number, by route, by station, by network, by fleet, by delay reason, by date range etc.

At a more granular level, these applications become tools to equip the in-house business analysts to data mine and slice & dice across key data points to generate reports and facilitate active modelling/planning. All of this allows for self-drive management of KPI's as opposed to a rigid and overly prescriptive set of standard reports.
