The Rainmaker Ground Services module provides a comprehensive web based means to control services delivered by providers to an airline during the course of operations. The advantage from bringing suppliers, handlers and airline staff onto the same web based system is there will be more consistency and agreement as to what was delivered / consumed. This creates further benefit when it comes to invoice reconciliation, as the system will manage any invoice to be raised, in relation to any event that has not been approved by the system.
