Thomas Cook

Thomas Cook Airlines based In Manchester, England operate a fleet of 40 medium haul and long haul aircraft. Thomas Cook is an extensive user of Rainmaker’s EVR’s, Discretion and ASR’s. Thomas Cook have also implemented Rainmaker’s Crew Pay and Allowances application and most recently Rainmaker’s latest new tool of Variable Crew Costs Analyser.
Jet Blue

Jet Blue is viewed as an iconic airline in the US as, although it classes itself as a low cost carrier, it offers an excellent customer focussed product. Jet Blue operates a fleet of 116 Airbus A-320’3 and 45 Embraer 190’s, with an additional 60 aircraft on order. Rainmaker has implemented Crew Pay in Jet Blue.
Pinnacle and Mesaba

Pinnacle Airlines Group is the operating subsidiary of Pinnacle Airlines Corp., which has headquarters in Memphis and employs more than 7,700 staff operating 400 aircraft across Pinnacle Airlines, Inc., Colgan Air, Inc. and Mesaba Airlines. Rainmaker has been in discussion with Pinnacle since late 2009 and concluded a deal on June 1st for an order for Crew pay across all airlines in the Group with an immediate start on implementation.
Virgin America

Virgin America is based on the West Coast and currrently operates a fleet of 10 Airbus A- 319’s and 22 A-320’s with a further 74 on order. Rainmaker is currently implementing Crew Pay for Virgin with completion scheduled for September 2011.
MesaAirlines

Mesa is based in Phoenix, Arizona and is Rainmaker’s first customer in the US, for Crew Pay. This application has been deployed in production since 2009.
Monarch

Monarch is Rainmaker’s most recent new customer to sign in Summer 2011. A significant charter airline with a long succesful history in the UK market, Monarch operates a fleet of 30 medium and longhaul aircraft. Rainmaker is contracted to deliver multiple applications, quite similar to what has previously been delivered to Thomas Cook Airlines.
Sky West

The parent company of ASA Skywest operates a fleet of 282 aircraft, employs over 10,000 staff and operates under contract for Delta Connection, United and Midwest. They have contracted for an implementation of the crew pay engine.
ASA

Atlantic South East, based in Atlanta, are an established customer with Rainmaker for Crew Pay. ASA operates a fleet of 160 aircraft, employs 3,600 staff and operates under contract for Delta Connection.
Express Jet

Express Jet has recently become part of the Sky West Group and Rainmaker commenced work in March 2011 for the implementation of Crew May which has a tight delivery deadline of July. Formerly a subsidiary of Continental, Express Jet operates for the legacy carrier as a regional feeder with it’s large fleet of 244 Embraer 145 jets (50 seaters) and a crew complement of 3,500.
CityJet

CityJet, based in Dublin, Ireland (a wholly owned subsidiary of Air France KLM) on how Rainmaker’s data Cube Reporting supports the airline’s by providing clear metrics to monitor the effectiveness of fuel saving initiatives Cityjet is also an extensive user of Rainmaker’s Active Crew and Active Ops suites of applications.
Loganair

Based in Glasgow, Loganair operates under a
FlyBe franchise and operates a fleet of 18
aircraft. Loganair have implemented Rainmakers' Active Crew and
Active Ops suites of applications.
Wideroe

Wideroe Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of SAS, is based within the Artic Circle in Bodø, Northern Norway. In addition to Wideroe being a customer for rainmaker’s Active Ops suite of applications, Rainmaker built and rolled out an aircraft Cleaning and Catering processing and invoice reconciliation engine. This is especially relevant for an airline with such high volume aircraft turnarounds per day.
Tui Fly

Rainmaker was contracted by Tui Nordic, of Stockholm to enhance integration with core systems.
Open Skies

A subsidiary of BA, utilises Rainmaker’s Active Crew suite of applications.
AirFinland

One of Rainmaker’s newest customers for Crew pay and Allowances.
